These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MedResearch AI platform, including MedDiscovery, the Hypotheses Hub, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Infosphere Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Research & Informational Use Only
The Platform generates hypotheses, analyses, drug-discovery candidates and formulation outputs for scientific research and informational purposes only. Outputs are computational predictions that must be independently validated and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to administer any substance to humans or animals. Nothing on the Platform should be used to make clinical decisions.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Platform to design, produce or facilitate weapons, harmful agents, or anything intended to injure people, animals or the environment.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, disrupt, or circumvent security or usage controls.
- Do not upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Do not present Platform outputs as peer-reviewed fact or as a substitute for professional or regulatory review.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its software, models, and design are owned by Infosphere Technologies and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights in the research inputs you submit and in the outputs generated for you, and you grant us a limited licence to process them to operate and improve the Platform.
5. No Warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs are correct, complete, novel, or suitable for any clinical, regulatory or commercial use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infosphere Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on Platform outputs. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a manner that risks harm to others or to the service. You may stop using the Platform at any time.
8. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Infosphere Technologies' registration. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
